土と種は、私たちの暮らしと環境を根本から支える存在です。種が芽吹き、土がそれを育むことで食が生まれ、人の命と健康が守られます。
土づくりの大切さや種について理解し、自分たちで「食」を作れるスキルを身につけ、次世代へと引き継いでいくこと。また、土壌と人間の体内環境について学ぶことで、健康への意識が高まります。
